1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup pulverized [powdered] sugar
2 egg yolks
one third and 2 table spoon strong coffee
teaspoon vanilla
sprinkle nuts on outside

Aunt Pit wasn't afraid to use raw eggs. If you are worried about salmonella, substitute pasteurized or powdered eggs.
